Brent A. Kramer received his Bachelor of Arts degree, summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa, from the University of Pennsylvania in 2002. Mr. Kramer received his law degree from Emory University School of Law in 2005.

Mr. Kramer is admitted to practice in California and Florida. Mr. Kramer is a member in good standing of the State Bar Associations, the American Bar Association, and the Orange County Bar Association.
