Brian Edwards received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 1990. He received his Juris Doctorate degree from Southwestern University School of Law in 1993, where he was a member of the Law Review.

Mr. Edwards has represented clients in a wide range of matters in the state and federal courts, including litigation involving mortgage banking, intellectual property, and insurance coverage. Mr. Edwards is a member of the California State Bar. He has also been admitted to practice before the United States District Courts, Central and Northern Districts of California, Western District of Missouri and Southern District of Indiana.
