Chris C. Chapman was born in Houston, Texas. He attended Lamar University in Beaumont, Texas, graduating Magna Cum Laude in 2001 with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing. While at Lamar University, Mr. Chapman was an Academic All-American, a four-year letterman on the Men's tennis team and won his first ever collegiate tournament.

Mr. Chapman received his Juris Doctorate degree in 2004 from Whittier Law School in Costa Mesa, California. While in law school, Mr. Chapman made the dean's list and competed nationally as a member of Whittier's Trial Advocacy Honors Board. As a law student, Mr. Chapman interned at the Orange County Public Defender's office in Orange, California.

Prior to joining Houser & Allison, APC, Mr. Chapman was a member of a civil litigation firm in Tustin, California. Mr. Chapman has handled matters in both State and Federal Court and is a member of the State Bar of California. Mr. Chapman volunteers at Newport Harbor High School in Newport Beach, California as a mentor to junior high school students interested in seeking a career in the legal field.
