Owen Campbell received his Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, cum laude, from the University of San Francisco in 2000, and received his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Ave Maria School of Law in 2003. In law school, Mr. Campbell served on the Ave Maria Law Review and also externed for Justice Robert Young of the Michigan Supreme Court.

Mr. Campbell spent his first four years as an attorney at an Orange County civil litigation firm, where he gained experience with all aspects of complex civil litigation.

Mr. Campbell is a member of the California Bar and the Oregon Bar, and is admitted in all of the United States District Courts of California as well as the United States District Court of Oregon.
