Joshua A. Smisko

Joshua A. Smisko was born in Valencia, California. He attended the University of California, Irvine, graduating in 2001 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Minor in Sociology. Mr. Smisko received his Juris Doctorate degree in 2007 from Whittier Law School. Mr. Smisko was a member of the Entertainment and Sports Law Society and a contributor to their quarterly newsletter. He also obtained a certificate in Intellectual Property. Prior to joining Houser & Allison, APC, Mr. Smisko was a member of an intellectual property and civil litigation firm in Irvine, California.

Mr. Smisko is a member of the State Bar of California and the Orange County Bar Association and resides in Mission Viejo, California.
