Luke was born in Lodz, Poland. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Political Science from Queens College, Charlotte, NC in 2002 and his Juris Doctorate from the Whittier Law School in 2006. While in law school, Luke was a member of Law Review. Luke is admitted to practice in the State of California and is a member of the Orange County Bar Association.
