Shelly A. Stuppiello received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Arizona. In 1989, she received her Juris Doctorate degree from California Western School of Law. After graduating from law school, Ms. Stuppiello worked in New Jersey for a civil litigation firm and as house counsel for American Reliance Insurance Company.

Ms. Stuppiello is licensed to practice law in California and New Jersey. Ms. Stuppiello is also admitted to District Courts in California and New Jersey. She is a chapter member of the Fiorenzo V. Lopardo American Inns of Court, in San Diego.
