Tonissa Chaney was born in Orange, California. She graduated from the University of California at Irvine in 2002 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminology, Law and Society. Ms. Chaney received her Juris Doctorate degree in 2006 from Columbia University School of Law.
Prior to joining Houser & Allison, APC, Ms. Chaney was an associate at a law firm in New York, New York, where her practice focused on real estate matters. She is licensed to practice law in both New York and California.
