Ms. Heieck is an associate attorney with Houser & Allison's San Diego office. She is licensed to practice law in the State of California. Ms. Heieck received her undergraduate degree in Communication from the University of Arizona in 1997 and graduated magna cum laude from Whittier Law School in 2005. In law school, she was solicitations editor of the Whittier Journal of Child & Family Advocacy wherein she published the article, "Ashcroft v. ACLU: Protecting Our Children from Harmful Online Material Without Infringing Upon First Amendment Rights" 4 Whittier J. Child & Fam. Advoc. 95-114 (2004). She also received CALI Awards in law school for the highest grades earned in Real Property I, Remedies, Legal Skills, and Professional Responsibility. Ms. Heieck is a member of the State Bar of California and of the Orange County Bar Association.
