Charles Tony Piccuta was born in San Francisco, California in 1977. He attended California Polytechnic-San Luis Obispo on a full athletic scholarship for tennis, graduating in 2001 with a Bachelor of Science degree. He received his Juris Doctorate degree in 2006 from Indiana University School of Law in Bloomington, Indiana. Mr. Piccuta graduated from law school with honors and earned the highest grade in his class in Banking Law, Commercial Transactions and International Contracts. Mr. Piccuta also held an editorial position on the Indiana Journal of Global Legal Studies, was selected as the top brief writer in the Minton Moot Court Competition and held office as vice-president of the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association.

Prior to joining Houser & Allison, APC, Mr. Piccuta was a member of a civil litigation firm in Chicago, Illinois. Mr. Piccuta has handled matters in both State and Federal Court and is a member of the Arizona, California, Illinois and Nevada State Bars.  Mr. Piccuta manages the firm's Arizona office.
