Jeffrey S. Allison was born in Albuquerque, New Mexico in 1967. He graduated from the University of California at Irvine in 1990 with a Bachelor of Arts degree. Mr. Allison received his Juris Doctorate in 1994 from McGeorge School of Law. While in school, he assisted a distinguished professor of real property law, and served as a judicial extern in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California. For over ten years, Mr. Allison has successfully litigated, in both State and Federal courts, business and commercial matters involving mortgage banking, technology, insurance and intellectual property.

Mr. Allison served on the editorial board for the book "California Causes of Action" published by James Publishing. Mr. Allison is a member of the State Bar of California, the State Bar of Nevada, the Orange County Bar Association and the United Trustees Association. Mr. Allison manages the firm's Nevada practice.
