Jill S. David earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with a minor in Philosophy from UCLA, graduating magna cum laude and with College Honors. After completing her undergraduate degree, Ms. David obtained her JD from Fordham University School of Law in 2007 where she was the Managing Editor of the Thomas Tang Moot Court Team and an Associate Editor for the Intellectual Property, Media, and Entertainment Law Journal. Her Student Note, Does Grokster Create a New Cause of Action that Could Implicate the Apple TV? was published by her Law Journal. After graduating law school, Ms. David worked as an Associate at a complex civil litigation firm in New York City. Ms. David is admitted to the California State Bar, New York State Bar, the Southern District of New York, and the Eastern District of New York.
