Steve W. Pornbida was born in Southern California, and obtained his Bachelor of Arts from UCLA. Mr. Pornbida subsequently obtained his Juris Doctor from Chapman University's Kennedy School of Law. Mr. Pornbida's civil litigation practice presently focuses on financial practices and lending litigation. His litigation experience has ranged from complex matters with thirty or more parties, to commercial premises liability, products liability, and insurance defense. Prior to law school, Mr. Pornbida worked as a claims underwriter for personal lines for a large insurance company.  

He is licensed to practice in California's State Courts, as well as the U. S. District Court's Central and Southern Districts, and is a member of the Southern California Fraud Investigator's Association.
